Who can become a partner?

Anyone dental practices already listen to: practice-management consultants, dental CPAs, DSO and group advisors, study clubs, CE speakers and KOLs, dental labs, IT providers, marketing agencies, and dentists referring other dentists. You do not have to be a customer to be a partner.

Does it cost anything, and is there a quota?

How long does approval take?

A person reads every application, usually within two business days. Approval creates your partner account and emails you your partner code, your share link and a portal login.

How do I log in to the partner portal?

There is no password. You enter your email and we send a one-time code that is valid for ten minutes and can be used once. That is deliberate — a password you reuse elsewhere is the most common way an account like this gets taken over.

Is the program exclusive?

No. You can recommend anything else you want to, to anyone you want to. The only thing you cannot do is claim a commission on your own practice.

Exactly how much does a referral pay?

A ‎$۲۵۰ bounty on the referred practice's first paid invoice, then 10% of each subsequent invoice, for 12 billing periods in total. The first period pays the bounty rather than a percentage, so on monthly billing a referral earns the bounty plus 11 recurring commissions. On a ‎$۴۹۹٫۹۹/month subscription that totals ‎$۸۰۰٫۰۰.

Is the percentage taken before or after tax and discounts?

The 10% is calculated on the pre-tax subtotal of the invoice the practice actually paid, after any discount they received. Tax is excluded — you are paid on the practice's spend with us, not on what a tax authority collects.

When does the money actually reach me?

Accepted Answer

Each commission is created as pending and becomes approved 30 days later, which covers the refund window on the invoice behind it. Approved balances are paid in the next payout batch once your balance is above ‎$۵۰. A balance under that rolls forward into the following batch — it is never forfeited.

Question 9

What happens if a referred practice cancels, downgrades or gets a refund?

If they cancel, the recurring share simply stops with their invoices and there is nothing to claw back. If they downgrade, your 10% follows the smaller invoice. If an invoice you already earned on is refunded, that commission is reversed by writing an offsetting negative entry — your ledger history is never edited after the fact, so you can always see what happened and why.

Do you handle tax paperwork?

Commissions are self-employment income and we do not withhold tax on your behalf. US partners will be asked for the appropriate tax form before a payout above the annual reporting threshold. Talk to your own accountant about how to treat it — we cannot give tax advice.

Can I see how a specific commission was calculated?

Yes. Every line in your ledger carries the calculation behind it — the invoice it came from, the amount it was based on, the rate applied and the period number. That exists precisely so a disagreement about a payment can be settled by looking rather than by arguing.

How is a referral credited to me?

Two ways. Your share link sets an attribution cookie that lasts 90 days, and your partner code can be typed into the sign-up form directly. Both routes lead to the same place; the code is the more reliable of the two.

Why do you push the code harder than the link?

Because cookies lose. Some browsers cap script-set cookies at seven days, people research on a phone and buy on the office desktop, and links get forwarded to an office manager who opens them somewhere else entirely. A code the practice types survives all three.

What if two partners both talk to the same practice?

A practice is bound to exactly one partner, permanently, at the moment the attribution is written — first writer wins. Beyond that, a referred practice can only be claimed by one referral program at a time; if more than one has a claim, the highest-value claim is settled once, at the very start, and never re-decided afterwards. Every suppressed claim is recorded, so if you believe a referral was miscredited we can look it up and tell you exactly what happened.

Can I see my referrals' details?

You see the practice name and the month they signed up, and that is all. No patient information, no contact details, no clinical data ever reaches a partner account — it is a healthcare platform first and a referral program second.
